adding a race track map and unreal 4 unavailable

I'm new to carla and i have been wanting to add a race track map from this github page https://github.com/MTDzi/carla/tree/racetrack or something similar but i have no idea on how to import it i tried to move everything into the content file it didn't work im using carla 0.9.15 ii also tried to see if i could use unreal engine to import it as many videos have shown however epic has removed unreal 4 from there store and i don't see any github page with it so i assume unreal 4 is not installable anymore i also tried to the monza track but that was only windows based i'm on linux it would be really helpful if there was a simple guide or person who could explain this to me.

to summaries i want to know how to edit carla and import custom maps and also how to do that while unreal 4 is unavailable
