Minimum version of uv?

Is there a known minimum version of uv? The example in the docs fails on Windows.

I think the minimum version is probably
uv @ 0.4.30

Please note I haven't had the time to work on this much recently, so I can't guarantee much. Hoping to spend some time on in it in the next week or two. I'd appreciate if you can try with that version on Windows and let me know if it doesn/n't work!
