sticky columns + column resizing + Row Settings Incompatible

As per the discussion from the Slack conversation I am adding the stackblitz link which has the below issues

1. When we make a column sticky, the resizable column feature is not working as expected
   a. when we drag the column to resize, the sticky column also increases the width.
   b. when we try to resize the sticky column , the column width does not increases according to the speed of the mouse

2. Right sticky column with the row setting will hide the row setting popup

3. Even when we make the columns sticky, they continue to scroll

@shawnkoid yes, In the above example they are referring normal html table but I was trying to integrate carbon data table with tanstack ,I am referring this link https://github.com/carbon-design-system/tanstack-carbon/tree/main/react#readme provided in the documentation. Individually when we try the features like sorting, sticky column, re-sizable columns and row setting all works fine,

but when we try combining all in single table we start getting issue .
