Fix filter flyout bug

I conducted a brief audit on Filter flyout Filter flyout and suggest the following update:

It looks like there is an error in the filter titled "example." I can't delete the 0 initially. I have to type in a number and then move the cursor over to delete the 0.

This is actually the behavior of the NumberInput component in @carbon/react. I'm seeing the same behavior in core's storybook for this component. Maybe we can open an issue in the core repo for number input
