[Date picker and time picker] update bugs in the documentation

Acceptance criteria

There are a few bugs that were found in the docs in relation to the Figma Audit that was conducted for code snippet that we need to resolve.

Style tab

• Todays date text and bullet: These should be using $link-primary color token.
• Make sure the color tokens are accurate in the tables.
