[Code snippet] update bugs in the documentation

Acceptance criteria

There are a few bugs that were found in the docs in relation to the Figma Audit that was conducted for code snippet that we need to resolve.

Usage tab

Copy to clipboard section

• In the image, the tooltip should say Copied! and it should be in the active state.

Multi-line overflow content section

• TBD: Do we need to include information and an image of a fade for scrolling on the bottom and right sides? Need to check with dev.

Modifiers section

• Remove light modifier. That is not a thing anymore in v11.

Style tab

Color

Single line and Multi-line sections

• Hover and Focus states of the copy button should have tooltips that say "Copy to clipboard".
• The Active state can just say Copied!, to match the A11y tab for consistency.
• Reorder the states in the image and table to match Figma.

Inline code snippet
