[Status indicators] Cross-reference the Status indicator pattern

Currently, it's not clear on two components with the recent update of the badge indicators, Icon Button and Tabs (with icons only).

• Update the Button Icon only buttons | Storybook link on the Usage and Style tabs.
• Update the Tabs Modifiers | Storybook link on the Usage and Style tabs.
• Add cross reference links from the Button and Tab component Usage tabs in this Status indicators section, Badge indicator.
