feat: spatial sound (speech coming from specific directions)

I'm creating a map that play text coming from the location where a specific point of interest is located.

Describe the solution you'd like:

I should be able to provide a relative direction from me (similarly to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Audio_API/Web_audio_spatialization_basics)

Describe alternatives you've considered:

mmmm.... perhaps using gaming libraries...
