Model Service won't appear without clearing cache

The new Model Service UI, when available, will only show up if you fully clear your browser cache on each visit, as the permissions for viewing it are skipped if you have a populated cache (so it seems).

Hi @dilyn-corner, thank you for opening this issue! I opened a PR that should fix it: #5429

To make sure this solves the issue on your end I'll need you to do a quick check: can you try logging in on the demo env and then come back to it after 24 hours (or more)? This should trigger an auth refresh that will clear the invalid session data, so the Model service UI will become accessible again.
