snapd in kirkstone is not compatible with usrmerge #55

As seen in #52
2024-03-07 17:27:28 - INFO - | cp: cannot stat '/home/ubuntu/actions-runner/_work/meta-snapd/meta-snapd/build/tmp/work/core2-64-poky-linux/snapd/2.61.3-r0/image/usr/usr/lib/systemd/system-environment-generators': No such file or directory
The usr/usr directory suggests we need to use a different variable that retains semantics with usrmerge enabled. It could also be a bug in systemd packaging or systemd bbclass.
