腾讯服务器lcu接口被禁， 一个新的解决方案
LOL的驱动做了限制，只允许白名单的程序访问
程序文件名改成英雄联盟目录里程序，我用的是RiotClientCrashHandler 【frank.exe --->RiotClientCrashHandler.exe 】（目的是变成白名单）
好像这样就可以了， 我自己的电脑可以正常访问lcu接口
