Components should have access to their own cache directories under lockdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running an app with a lockdown file, components with Volumes set to relative directories will fail unless explicitly allowed in the lockdown.

Propose a solution
Allow all components access to their own directories by default.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Wick could also auto-generate a lockdown with this behavior via wick config audit --lockdown.
