Restoring from json file not possible

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fill in form
2. Download JSON
3. Refresh page
4. Load JSON file from 'restore progress from a file'

Expected: Form loads with previously filled information.

Instead: Nothing happens in browser. Console shows:

Same behavior in Chrome 73.0.3683.75 and Safari 12.0.3.
