In Data migrator, improve variable transformation logging

Context

Currently, we write a log with severity ERROR when a process instance is skipped because an exception is thrown in the BuiltInVariableTransformer. In other cases where we skip, we write a WARN messages

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

• Change serverity to WARN of BuiltInVariableTransformer logs.
• Change Type 'byte[]' is unsupported in C8. log to Variable of type 'byte[]' is unsupported in C8.
