In Data Migrator Runtime, validate supporting active sequential multi-instance tasks #5341

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)
Investigate if acive sequential multi-instance tasks can be supported with the current implementation.
Currently the Readme states:
### Process Instance Validation
The migrator validates each process instance before migration and will skip instances that fail validation for the following reasons:
....
3. Multi-Instance Activities
- If the process instance has active multi-instance activities
A sequential multi-instance task might actually be supported. The reasoning for skipping parallel is that 5 token detected in C7 on a multi-instance parallel task leads to much more multi-instances in C8.
