Camunda 8 translations

I noticed that there is a camunda-7-webapp-translations repository, but I couldn't find any information about a camunda-8-webapp-translations. As Camunda 8 is the latest version, I wanted to ask if there are any plans to create a camunda-8-webapp-translations repository or if it's already available under a different name.

It would be great to have access to the translations for Camunda 8, similar to what Camunda 7 had.

thanks for asking.

• Camunda 8 Tasklist ships with localizations for English, French, German, Spanish since 8.6. See docs.
• Providing custom translations for tasklist in self-managed environments is on our roadmap. We aim for providing this capability with the 8.8 (October) release without promising or giving guarantees.
• i18n for all WebApps is in our backlog, but was not prioritized so far (see Internationalization/ Localization camunda/issues#636).

Thanks for your response! It's great to hear that internationalization is on the roadmap.

I just wanted to mention that I miss having Portuguese (Brazilian) (pt-BR) as an available language. It would be very helpful for teams and users in Brazil who work with Camunda 8.

Thanks - we have that requirement captured internally.

Also we have "custom, user-provided translations" on our roadmap, see here.
