customs domains not used for mails show with mails settings to change

Hello,
We have some custom domains integrated within our tenant that are not used for mail purpose. As consequence they have no DKIM or others think configured but ORCA tell us to correct them.
It will be great to only have report for domains declared used for mails.

@ViValentin as far as I understood this is not possible, due to exchange reports all domains by default if the domain is setup in o365 admin center. Microsoft got rid of the split between accepted domains in exchange and domains in Entra / Azure / Admin Center. I would assume this is a technical issue fixed/created by Microsoft.
