R1 and tools framework

I have read the issue and thought about fine tuning the R1 model for functions and uploading it to Hugging Face. There is currently a possibility to work with together AI we would have to apply if you are interested.

hey @kurisunakamuraa just curious why we need to finetune the R1 model and why a RAG wont work ? coz ig finetuning R1 on all these functions on together AI might cost some fortune . I see a lot of chatbots on a lot of documentation pages which I think is using RAG in the backend.
