Update agents to for latest stack (1.47.0) compatibility and Pirmasens stack consolidation #1500

Summary
There are currently two existing Pirmasens stacks, both running outdated versions of the stack. These will be consolidated into a single, unified stack using the latest version (1.47.0). Relevant agents from both existing agents are reviewed and updated to ensure compatibility with the latest stack version.
