[emailMatchScore] it could be misleading

emailMatchScore in the API response:
imagine I add a number “2” to my email address which could be [iamnewonthis@abcdefg.com] … maybe the score could be 90%... even if the email [iamnewonthis2@abcdefg.com] is not mine but somebody else.
