Doubt regarding "Up to API project decision to keep it." for some attributes in event-subscription-template.yaml?

Very small one...
I understand why we have the sentence "Up to API project decision to keep it." in the event-subscription-template.yaml for the subscriptionExpideTime, initialEvent and subscriptionMaxEvents attributes but I guess this sentence should be remove in the API yaml. I see it in sim swap subscription yaml for example
