x-camara-commonalities in Notifications Artifact

Hi all,

I would like to open a question about the WG feeling of considering x-camara-commonalities tag in notification-as-cloud-event.yaml

In case it is considered appropiated i will generate an issue and draft a PR

My understanding was that this file is the exemplification how CAMARA event notifications using Cloudevents can be processed on the event listener (sink) side.
So it do not have to conform to all CAMARA API guidelines beside these related to notifications.
If we keep it fully conformant we can add x-camara-commonalities extension field.
Then also other objects should follow the guidelines - currently I see exceptions with servers and versioning in the path.

I would keep as it is, in my view, as it is an artifact.

We have the same for https://github.com/camaraproject/Commonalities/blob/main/artifacts/camara-cloudevents/event-subscription-template.yaml#L17

And when used in a given API, the 'url' is adapted with the API repository suitable one
