site wide and non user dependent background and emotes and anything relating to css or java will not load properly or every time, clearing user cache and or refreshing doesn't help, also type of browser or device doesn't seem to play a part. Everything was working a couple weeks ago.
also minor issue tabbing windows would cause audio desync but this seems to be mostly fixed now (refreshing page was user fix).
