Drawing polygon on mouse move option not on click

**Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently a polygon is only a object that can be draw by clicking on canvas that looks odd.

**Describe the enhancement that can be done**
User should be able to draw polygon on canvas as mouse cursor moves like other shape tools.
