Unofficial repo for arm64 images

I have an underutilized arm64 VM that I set up to sync with the source Cal.com repo for builds of that flavor. So for the foreseeable future, you won’t need to rely on one-off builds of select releases from the community.

I’m still working on backfilling all of the release tags but that will soon be fleshed out.
