Hi @YuDavidCao! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the cal.com team. Yes, you can disable automatic confirmation emails in Cal.com. In the event type's advanced settings, there are toggles to disable confirmation emails for both attendees and hosts. You can also disable all emails (including confirmations, requests, reschedules, and cancellations) for either group, which requires a confirmation step in the UI. No code changes are needed—these options are available directly in the event type settings. For more details, see the implementation in the UI and backend logic here and here.
