Which calendar app is reliable?

I really want to use Cal.com. Currently have it self-hosted via Docker, but I've spent way too much time trying to get ICS working. I've even tried importing ICS to Google Calendar and then using Google, but even that is hit or miss with availability regarding single events, recurring events, and all-day out-of-office events. Is anyone having any success?
