Performed the following updates:
- Updated Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk from 17.12.0 to 17.14.0 in
/src/Cake.MsDeploy.Tests/Cake.MsDeploy.Tests.csproj
- Updated xunit.runner.visualstudio from 3.0.1 to 3.1.0 in
/src/Cake.MsDeploy.Tests/Cake.MsDeploy.Tests.csproj
