Qz doesn't connect with Rouvy and gears not working

Hello, I have a Tacx Neo 2T and I wanted to do virtual shifting.(I bought a Zwift click)
I have the qz App on my xiaomi with Android 12.
Rouvy is running on my Laptop with WINDOWS 10.
I can connect the trainer with the Qz app and the zwift click and I can ride in rouvy but the gears don't work and I can't connect my Smartphone only as the trainer and the others don't work.

You have to start from the right bottom tile in rouvy

And the values aren't correct such as RPM etc.

Rpm and wattage are not right on qz or in rouvy? Thanks for the help now everything is working.

It is almost the same.
But the trainer is moving even if I don't do anything it is in this state even if I am in the app. I mean: I ride some minutes then stop (the trainer is still turning) close everything and it is still moving. It doesn't slow down.
