How do I unpair previously paired notebook?

Hey, thank you so much for this extension. It would be awesome to have such a command in the command palette through extension, but could you please let me know how do I unpaired a previously paired notebook?

I think you can press the pair command again and set the formats such that you remove the undesired formats.

Though, please note, that you have to manually remove the older synced files otherwise opening them by accident and saving them could trigger an undesired sync.
