Wrong encoding

Hi, team!

Please help us to solve following problem we faced with ciryllic symbols.
In cadence-web v.4.0.7, UTF-8 characters are displayed in, seems to be, ISO-8859-1, but in v.3.35.6 all OK. We checked some 4.* and 3.* versions and this present presents in all 4.* versions.
Screenshots are provided below from 3.35.6 and 4.0.7 versions (cadence-web connected to the same cadence server, the same workflow_id shown)

or

The similar situation exists for many fields.
