Is it possible to opt out of page render caching on redis stack?

Hello, I want to use nescha package to share fetch cache across multiple k8s pods and a shared filesystem for ISR. I Couldn't find anything at the docs and wanted to ask: is possible to opt out of page render cache using redis-stack?
