Unable to start

Hello. 

How to install and run the model? The instructions in Readme do not work. When I launch it, I get an error "raise Exception('CUDA SETUP: Setup Failed!')
Exception: CUDA SETUP: Setup Failed!" Are there any additional system requirements? A specific version of Cuda?

Please update the installation instructions.
