Refresh C# guide

We are coming up on conference season. Lets make sure we've walked through the C# language guide before end of March. We may also want to update it to go beyond default AOT compiled experience.

FYI @kate-goldenring @silesmo the latest .NET SDK 9.0.3 release (v9.0.201) is breaking the current C# documented approach with the error "The 'wasi-experimental' workload is not supported in .NET 9".
