set up bsbang-crawler continuous integration #2
Description
I would like to have the bsbang-crawler tests, at least, under continuous integration.
I'm most familiar with Travis, but not terribly happy with that system due to the hacky way of reproducing their build process locally. So worth looking at alternatives like CircleCI.
