Add joyhub Mighty support

Please add support for device which is called Mighty in joyhub app.

The information you may need listed below:

• BT Complete Local Name: J-Mighty
• command packet: a0 03 XX YY 00 00 aa
  • XX: Rotation + piston action (00 is for stop, 01-ff for speed increase accordingly)
  • YY: Vibration (00 is for stop, 01-ff for power increase accordingly)

Attached patch 0001-add-Joyhub-Mighty-support.patch ('s json file) works for me with latest intiface central.
