The vision for this first version is to vastly improve the import / export capabilities of SilverStripe. Motivation: * A few bugs causing issues when importing. * Importing is relegated only to Model Admin, giving it limited use. * Getting fields to match up requires modifying incoming data, and/or pre-configuring a column mapping. * BulkLoading configuration / callback system is convoluted and spread out. * Coupling to CSV import/export is quite high, and not abstracted properly.
