How to compile under Windows with gcc and under Linux with icc

Hello,

I am trying for a certain time to compile protovalidate-cc with gcc compiler under Windows and with icc compiler under Linux, without any success.
Could you indicate me what are the requirements to compile the product ?
Is there a way to compile the bare minimum to be able to validate the .proto files having protovalidate constraints ?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We now have some limited support for Windows when building with CMake, but we only support MSVC for the moment. We don't have any plans to support ICC explicitly either. Feel free to file bugs if you run into specific issues compiling this in your environment.
