cant activate ps4 account

i get in activate ps4 accounti choose my account i click x and nothing happens fw11.00 appollo version 1.44 i can only browse the menu

Get the latest version (v2.2.0), create a new blank user account, and try to activate.

If you see a "Lock" icon next to the account, then that user is already activated and can't be changed.
