CSS Classes assignment

Description

When adding a CSS Classes (optional) to the Primary navigation menu item the class doesn't apply.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Appearance > Menus'
2. Select your Primary Navigation
3. Add a link to the menu
4. Add a "CSS Classes" custom class name to the menu link
5. Save menu
6. Click on visit page and inspect link
7. See error. No class output

Expected behavior
Primary navigation links should apply custom class assignment.
