UL update breaking the current CI/CD #355

Hello, looks like since the current testing files are EOY and VBF uses ulegacyv8=True by default, it seems the testing is broken (at least for VBF). Could we maybe update to a testing scheme where we use different file versions for different processors? Thanks!
