Description
Some channels should be logged for FOI purposes.
If the bot is invited to the channel, and logging is enabled, then log each statement into a daily log, and upload those logs to a long term storage solution, such as an S3 bucket.
Permissions should be set so that only approved people can review the log, to answer FOI queries
