what's better: graalvm or temurin?

i see a lot of server-hosting plattforms using temurin, so i wondered why, i rarely see that graalvm also the ee version breaks some mods?

which is better for client usage and which for servers?

in term of speed and ressource usage?

i just know that graalvm ee gets recommended a lot, i also used it now since half a year? :)

EDIT: i want know your opinion and experience, i already read everything here, but didn't found a benchmark with numbers or anything, also temurin seems to be talked about but just the name, no proper description why i could use it, just that's it the 2nd recommended one :)
