configurable temp directory path for broccoli-writer #2
Description
I'd like to be able to tell broccoli-writer (and really all broccoli-writer instances in broccoli-plugins) to be able to use a specified temp directory. I figure that broccoli itself will have to be modified to be able to specify that temp directory, but I think an option is needed here first.
