this is actually a bug in seqr's pedigree drawing, thank you for reporting! You can manually edit the pedigrees shown in seqr by clicking on the pedgree and then hovering over the individuals you want to edit. I would recommend you delete "father" from the pedigree and then add a new spouse to mother and that should fix the issue for you |

Hello, hope you're doing well!
I am trying to add a family to a seqr project but encountering strange pedigrees. This is the template individual file that I created: test_individuals.xlsx. The in-built pedigree shows up weirdly with the father and mother having a consanguineous relationship even though I haven't specified this and the dad is part of the previous generation.
The expected pedigree should look something like this ( I created this in powerpoint):

Do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening?
