Verify is public key is off Ed25519 curve

thank you for the library. I'm using it in elixir - https://github.com/ayrat555/cafezinho

is there a function to verify if the point (public key) is off curve? or the only way is to try to verify a signature with it

Libsodium has crypto_core_ed25519_is_valid_point, which I think does what you're looking for. Currently an equivalent interface isn't exposed, but adding it seems straight forward.

It's certainly possible. Will I do it? Perhaps, but I can't promise anything soon.
