Pywal and conky?

Hi there!
Just discovered conky a few days ago (I'm pretty new to arch too) and I was wondering if or how I could use the colors generated by pywal in conky. Pywal stores the values in a .Xresources file under .cache/wal/.
If someone could guide me in a direction I'd be very thankful.

P.S. I'm using i3wm and Xorg as my display server.
