Can't see anything on webconsole:7000

Hi, 

I followed the instruction, reconfig the yaml by adding

worker.webconsole.ports:
- 7000
- 7001
- 7002
- 7003

topology.auto.task.hooks:
    - "ooyala.common.metrics_storm.MetricsStormHooks"

build the jar, and copy the jars to /etc/storm/lib, now I am  about the open a page by localhost:7000, but seeing nothing, is there anything I should do more?
