Error message for address field not hidden on narrow displays [Brave Account]

Description

Looks like error message for "Email Address" field validation in the Brave Account registration form is always visible on Android mobile devices.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.84
2. enable command line string flag --enable-features=BraveAccount
3. restart browser
4. open hamburger menu > Settings > Get Started
5. Observe the email address field
6. Enter "test@bravealias.com" for address and full error message should be shown
7. Enter some valid gmail address and observe the form

Actual result

"different domain" error message is always visible

error message should be hidden
