Frame ID! as argument

Have you considered adding `ID!` as an argument to `Frames`? This would allow us to specify a specific frame ID without the semantic name of the frame being needed. Also the semantic name of a frame can easily change which makes depending on it pretty fragile. The frame ID can also be derived from the URL sharing feature built in to Figma, so its rather easy to parse out with logic upstream.
